The first image is of the standard cut out bolt, and the second one is of the inside cut out, and it has a pierce hole defect on the top.
We cut this sign out of 14G steel vs the 1/8, making it lighter. We can also send it with the inside piece cut out, but this will increase both overall and shipping cost. Too, Inside cuts will have a pierce point on them, so they are defect cuts.
